REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid MA RN or LPN license required.
- Geriatric or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; team-oriented.
- Organized, efficient, ethical, and positive professional.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages physician coordination, admissions, and care plans.
- Monitors resident health, nutrition, and documentation.
- Supervises nursing staff and resident care activities.
- Provides education and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Performs other assigned duties.
