As Denmark’s largest furniture retailer, BoConcept® is rapidly expanding in the US and has a significant brand presence. We specialize in modular contemporary design furniture and provide an exciting and rewarding work environment.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our team as a Warehouse / Administrative Associate. This position is based in our Hawthorne, NJ warehouse facility, where you will support both warehouse operations and administrative tasks related to deliveries, inventory, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Assemble furniture and prepare items for customer deliveries.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all items are ready, complete, and accounted for prior to delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Administrative Duties:
- Review daily orders and verify accuracy with the warehouse and logistics teams.
- Communicate with showrooms and customers via phone and email regarding stock availability, parts, and delivery updates.
- Process and manage claims for damaged or missing items.
- Update and maintain order and inventory information in our system.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve any discrepancies or service issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to lift, move, and assemble furniture (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Language: English required / Spanish preferred.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Location: Warehouse Facility – Hawthorne, NJ
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Experience:
- Warehouse operations: 1 year (Required)
- Order management or logistics support: 1 year (Required)
- Furniture assembly or handling: 1 year (Preferred)
