Position: Bartender/Server
Location: 100 Alden Rd, Fairhaven, MA 02719
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Availability: Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, professional personalities with a passion for service and hospitality.
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A team-first mentality—our staff is family, and we support each other every shift.
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 21.
- TiPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certified (or willingness to be trained!).
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer service and hospitality.
- Assist with menu item selection and dietary needs, ensuring all drinks and meals meet specific customer requirements.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
