Great news, Bocca Lupo Coal Fired Pizza is now hiring Assistant Managers for our North Port and Wellen Park locations. This is a hybrid position that offers the right candidate 2 to 3 server/bartender/kitchen shifts in addition to performing all FOH and BOH management duties on the General Manager's days off. Previous management experience required and pizza experience a plus.

Duties:
- Performing management functions along with General Manager
- Managing back and front of house
- Opening and end-of-day tasks
- Knowledge of all restaurant positions
- Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Restaurant experience (management experience a plus)
- Familiarity with restaurant software (ALOHA POS)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication and team management skills
- Open availability (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
