Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment by thoroughly washing and sanitizing in accordance with safety standards in production.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients using proper knife skills and slicing techniques.
- Support the culinary team by organizing ingredients and supplies for meal preparation and catering events.
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed during handling, storage, and disposal of food items to prevent contamination.
- Help with meal assembly and plating under supervision, contributing to efficient food service during busy hours.
- Monitor the cleanliness of workstations and ensure compliance with safety standards in production environments.

Skills
