Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager

BocaBella is rapidly taking over the premium dental and aesthetics space. We provide professional-grade, sensitivity-free teeth whitening systems to hundreds of dental clinics nationwide, while also building a massive direct-to-consumer presence. We are growing fast, and we need a brand champion to scale our digital footprint.

The Role:

We are looking for an aggressive, hyper-organized Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale our creator ecosystem.

You will be the face of BocaBella to the internet’s top dental professionals, estheticians, and lifestyle creators. You will not just be sending out free products—you will be building a revenue-generating affiliate machine. Your day-to-day will involve sourcing the right partners, negotiating UGC (User Generated Content) deliverables, managing our gifting pipeline, and relentlessly tracking the ROI of our affiliate network.

What You Will Do:

• Scale the Affiliate Program: Manage the day-to-day operations of our affiliate network. You will recruit new partners, generate tracking codes, monitor conversion rates, and ensure our affiliates are actively promoting the brand.
• Manage Influencer & Clinician Relationships: Source and outreach to potential brand ambassadors, ranging from TikTok lifestyle creators to clinical dentists on Instagram.
• Own the Gifting Pipeline: Coordinate our product seeding strategy. You will ensure PR packages are sent on time, received, and posted about, keeping immaculate tracking of who gets what.
• Negotiate Deliverables: Work directly with creators to secure UGC videos, authentic endorsements, and ad-whitelisting permissions for our paid media team.
• Track & Report ROI: You are driven by data. You will report weekly on which influencers are driving sales, which affiliate codes are converting, and where we should scale our budget.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 2 years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or digital partnerships (experience in beauty, wellness, or dental is a massive plus).
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, Refersion) and CRM tools.
• A Master Negotiator: You know how to respectfully negotiate with creators for UGC and whitelisting rights without blowing the budget.
• Hyper-Organized: You don’t let DMs slip through the cracks. You can manage 100 concurrent influencer conversations and know exactly where every PR box is.
• Exceptional Communicator: You are outgoing, professional, and know how to build genuine relationships online.
