Position Summary: 

The primary objective of the Fine Dining Server includes providing dining services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to Members of the country club, with a warm and welcoming attitude. Fine Dining Server will go above and beyond for the Members without compromising teammates.  

Responsibilities: 

• Provide exceptional service with a warm smile to our guests. 

• Deliver remarkable service while adhering to our company’s standard operating procedures, rules and regulations. 

• Memorize details of daily specials, seasonal menu items and options, as well as seasonal offered cocktails and year-round bar items. 

• Hold outstanding interpersonal and team building skills with an aptitude for building rapport with a diverse range of guests, managers and coworkers. 

• Accurately and efficiently record and ring orders by seat number. 

• Possess a talent for quickly resolving issues prior to escalation with an ending result of a satisfied guest. 

• Ability to confirm orders and modifications with chefs and bartenders when necessary in a polite and professional manner. 

• Completes assignments and tasks under the direction of the department supervisor 

• Maintains clear communication with department supervisors regarding task progress, challenges, and any needs for additional guidance. 

• Regularly checks in with department supervisors for updates, feedback, and additional instruction to ensure all duties are met. 

• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• 1 year of experience in the service industry. (Preferred) 

• Be proficient in the English language both written and verbal 

• Possess strong customer service skills and interpersonal work relations 

• Ability to understand and follow instructions clearly 

• Collaborative attitude and ability to work closely with others 

• Provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States. 

• High School Diploma/GED 

• Exhibit an enthusiastic, outgoing, positive and upbeat personality. 

• Must display high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles and is frequently exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. 

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
