Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating services that suit their needs
• Engage customers through active listening, understanding their preferences, and offering tailored solutions
• Support credit card processing activities by verifying customer information and assisting with financial transactions when applicable
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining a positive experience
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure product availability for customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales is a MUST; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential in this role as the sales consultant
• Customer experience and journey is essential to making long term clients
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members
