Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage party and event schedules, ensuring smooth operations and transitions throughout the weekend.
• Act as a direct point of contact for party hosts, parents, and guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Supervise, train, and guide support staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory of party supplies and coordinate with the team for replenishment as needed.
• Enforce ice rink safety protocols and ensure all guests adhere to guidelines.
• Handle payment processing and event-related documentation accurately.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve event offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work weekends, occasional evenings, and holiday breaks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
