- Clean and maintain carpets, ensuring they are free from stains and debris.
- Manage housekeeping supplies effectively, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Assist with floor care, including sweeping, waxing, and polishing as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
