Position Overview
In this role, you will be the backbone of our dining room operations. You will bridge the gap between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring our members receive perfectly timed, flawless culinary service. This position combines the duties of a food runner and a server assistant to provide comprehensive support to our service team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist servers with table setup, including polishing silverware, arranging glassware, and replacing linens.
Proactively manicuring tables by clearing dishes, wiping crumbs, and replenishing water and bread service.
Anticipate member needs and communicate special requests or feedback to the primary server or management.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations and expo areas.
Adhere to all luxury service standards, safety policies, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or private resort club is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is a must.
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor suitable for an exclusive private club setting.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and focused under pressure during peak service hours.
Excellent teamwork mentality and a proactive attitude.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods and safely lift and carry loaded trays up to 30 pounds.
Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
