What you'll do
- Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly, POS computer skills
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld throughout the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for payments.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
