Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle cleaning needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently to clean vehicles thoroughly
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including vacuuming, window cleaning, buffing, and surface polishing to achieve a high-quality finish
- Conduct custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area and facilities
- Apply detailing techniques like waxing, polishing, and window tinting to enhance vehicle appearance
- Drive vehicles through wash bays or assist customers with parking as needed to facilitate smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or janitorial/custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of car wash procedures, detailing techniques, buffing, and window tinting is highly desirable
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively
- Valid driver’s license or ability to drive vehicles within the facility is preferred
- Experience in custodial work or janitorial services will be considered an asset
