Bobo Construction, Inc. is seeking applications for individuals who are interested in working for a 4th generation owned and operated company where all employees are treated like family. Bobo Construction, Inc. is looking for highly motivated and creative individuals to fill the role of Project Engineer.
Essential Functions
· Able to take instruction and assist the Project Manager
· Maintain project records, including but not limited to RFI’s , Submittals and Transmittals
· Attend OAC meetings as needed and provide meeting minutes
· Keep project documents (Plans and Specifications) up to date with changes as they occur on a project
· Collect and assemble closeout documentation from subcontractors for turnover to project owner
· Compile and distribute punch list items and document completion
· Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
· Construction related degree or completion of Aonstruction Management Certificate Program a plus
· 1-3 years of construction-related experience
· Basic computer skills
· Proficient written and verbal English language communication skills
· Ability to perform critical thinking and problem solving
Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
