What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Bobcat Wildlife & Pest Mgmt?
Our priority is great customer service with an emphasis on providing our customers with a great experience and offering an all-encompassing solution to all their pest and wildlife needs. We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative. All training will be provided. This position is for Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
Main Duties
- Answering and returning phone calls, no cold calling.
- Schedule clients and answer questions.
- Billing and creating estimates.
- Other office duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Outstanding communication and phone skills
- Well organized
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- General Computer and internet skills
- Data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
