About the Role
Bobcat Plus is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Sales Administrator to support our enterprise-wide sales operations across multiple locations.
This is not a single-store role—this position plays a critical part in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the entire organization. You will work closely with sales teams, leadership, and operations to move deals from quote to delivery while maintaining clean data and a strong customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Process deals from quote through final invoicing across multiple locations
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with company standards
- Maintain accurate data within DIS and reporting systems across the enterprise
- Support trade-in processing and used equipment intake
- Assist sales reps across the organization with quotes, tracking, and deal progression
- Manage retail claims and credit submissions in conjunction with office administration
- Provide professional and timely communication with both customers and internal teams
- Assist in the submission of credit applications

- High deal accuracy with minimal errors across all locations
- Fast, consistent deal processing throughout the enterprise
- On-time delivery readiness across multiple stores
- Clean, reliable system data used for reporting and decision-making
- Accurate and timely retail claim submissions

What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills (ability to manage multiple locations/workflows)
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Excellent communication skills across teams and departments
- Proficiency in Excel and business systems (DIS experience preferred)
- Equipment or dealership experience preferred, but not required
