POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for the daily operations and growth of the developing Bobcat of Pittsburgh branch. This position oversees all branch functions, including parts, service, logistics, and administrative operations, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Branch Operations & Administration
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the parts and service departments.
Perform administrative duties such as daily banking deposits, credit card coding, time entry for payroll, and invoice processing for accounts receivable/payable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, customer paperwork, billing, and filing.
Answer and direct phone calls for the branch (and other branches when needed), while greeting and assisting walk-in customers.
Maintain an organized, professional branch environment β ensuring the customer area is clean, stocked, and welcoming.
Monitor and manage office supply inventory and general branch supplies.
Provide coverage and support across all departments as needed, including during employee absences or peak workload periods.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service work, repairs, parts availability, and equipment updates.
Maintain awareness of operational and policy changes, proactively communicating and instilling those updates within the team to ensure alignment and compliance.
Oversees and is responsible for the management and tracking of all inventory assets, ensuring maintenance and accuracy, throughout the branch.
Responsible for upholding rental check-in and check-out policy and procedures.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
