What You'll Do
- Be the frontline connection for our rental customers-answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they get exactly what they need.
- Own the process from start to finish: contracts, scheduling, equipment checks, and deliveries.
- Keep our rental fleet organized, ready, and looking sharp.
- Lead, mentor, and support your teammates-because leadership isn't just about a title.
- Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Drivers to keep the rental operation seamless.
- Bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to handle challenges that come your way.
- A strong foundation in construction equipment, rentals, or related industry experience.
- Sharp customer service instincts with the confidence to handle tough conversations.
- Solid organization and multitasking skills-you can juggle it all without dropping the ball.
