What You’ll Do
- Learn directly from experienced technicians on real equipment repairs
- Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, battery checks, and greasing
- Move and prepare rental equipment so it’s “Rent Ready”
- Wash and inspect machines for issues or damage
- Assist customers and drivers in the yard with loading/unloading
- Support the rental, parts, and service departments when needed
What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma or GED (trade/tech school a plus)
- Someone who’s hands-on, mechanically curious, and eager to learn
