Bobcat of Big Flats, a division of Upstate Equipment, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Product Support Specialist to join our team! Upstate Equipment is Veteran Owned and Operated.
This position will focus primarily on parts sales and inventory management, while also providing support to our rental and service departments. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, enjoys working with customers, and can help keep our dealership running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts identification, pricing, ordering, and sales.
- Manage parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with technicians and vendors to ensure parts are available when needed.
- Assist with rental reservations, equipment availability, check-in/check-out, and paperwork.
- Support the service department with scheduling, parts coordination, and customer communication.
- Work across departments to provide excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Maintain an organized work environment and assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in parts, equipment, rental, service, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude or construction equipment knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, work well with a team, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
