What You’ll Do
- Lead rental team operations and support the Rental Sales Representative.
- Manage the rental counter, including quotes, reservations, agreements, and payments.
- Serve as subject matter expert on rental systems and reporting.
- Coordinate equipment readiness, availability, and transfers.
- Support customers with rentals, logistics, and service needs.
- Inspect, prepare, and track rental equipment.
- Train team members on rental processes.
- Partner with branch and service teams to ensure efficient equipment turnaround.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (equipment, construction, or fleet operations).
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with rental systems and logistics preferred.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
