Essential Functions
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair major systems on compact equipment, with emphasis on Bobcat machinery
- Conduct system rebuilds and overhauls
- Perform welding as needed
- Collaborate effectively across departments—including Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor
- 2 years of experience in equipment service operations
- Strong mechanical background with proven skills in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Self-motivated, organized, energetic, and able to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple projects

Physical Requirements
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Highly active role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
- Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 lbs
- Movements required may place strain on muscles, joints, and tendons in the arms, chest, shoulders, and back
- Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
