What You'll Be Doing
As Location Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the Rental, Service, and Parts departments — keeping everything running efficiently while supporting your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your focus will include:
- Leading daily operations across Rental, Service, and Parts
- Managing workflow, equipment utilization, and turnaround times
- Coaching and developing team members across multiple functions
- Driving performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Monitoring KPIs and taking action to improve results
- Partnering with HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams
- Creating a strong, accountable, team-first culture
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence
What You Bring
- Strong leadership experience (multi-department leadership preferred)
- Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Business mindset with understanding of performance metrics
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Customer-first approach with a focus on service excellence
- Prior equipment/construction industry experience is a plus — service or dealership background is especially helpful, but not required
