YOUR PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
- Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory for new and used Bobcat, Develon, Manitou, and Gravely equipment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and agricultural clients
- Conduct onsite visits to customer job sites to understand equipment needs and present solutions
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet monthly and annual goals
- Maintain product knowledge of all Ironhide equipment lines, attachments, technology, and competitive offerings
- Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND MORE
- Previous sales experience (2 years) — equipment, construction, or agricultural industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel within assigned territory daily
