Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Stanislaus County)

Job Type: Full-time, commission Base $32,240.00 - $150,000.00 (exempt) position

Reports To: Director of Sales

Job Summary

An Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the sale of Bobcat Compact Equipment for the Stockton location. The successful candidate will be a true “hunter” responsible for market development and securing sales in the assigned territory. For this position the territory will be Stanislaus County.

Outside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls.
• Apply knowledge of the industry to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Sell and promote all approved product lines within a designated sales territory.
• Continually meet or exceed sales quotas and expectations.
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs.
• Keep product knowledge current and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Two plus years of experience in a Sales role for our equipment industry. (Must Have)
• Effectively work from remote locations.
• Valid drivers’ license and clean DMV record.
• Sales experience with HEAVY EQUIOMEBNT and OPERATING.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements

· Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.

· Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration.

· Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.

· Identifies and resolves problems.

· Understands what it takes to be successful in starting and building customer relationships.
