Automotive Service Coordinator
Bobby Rahal Automotive Group - 6696 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg PA 17050
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with a Saturday rotation (and a designated day off during the week if it is your turn to work Saturday)
Hourly Rate of Pay: $16.00

In this position, most of your day is spent talking to clients on the phone or through emails. Your role is not to diagnose their vehicle, but to actively listen and identify their primary concern so you can schedule the appropriate appointment. You follow our scheduling procedure by checking for open recalls, properly verifying client information, and accurately documenting complaints. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, you print repair orders for the next day's business.
