Schedule: Monday - Friday working daylight hours

As the Automotive Accounting Manager, you will lead the team of Accounting Specialists and oversee the operations of the Accounting department. We are looking for someone who has experience in automotive accounting preferably.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Monitor manufacturer receivables such as incentives.
• Manage vehicle floor plan payments.
• Oversee title work processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
• Reconcile and remit monthly and quarterly sales and use taxes.
• Prepare payroll for processing.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Being detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to learn dealership-specific software.
• Accounting experience is required!
• Previous automotive accounting experience is preferred.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
