Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday (daylight hours)

Rate of Pay: Based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process accounting entries for vehicle sales
• Compile and process bank contracts
• Process title and registration documents
• Process bank deposit
• Post accounting entries for service and parts
• Post accounts payable and process payments
• Research errors and make appropriate corrections
• Reconcile schedules
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Accounting experience or accounting degree required; Previous automotive accounting experience preferred
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
• Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to learn the dealership software
• Team player that takes pride in a job well done
