Location: Nationwide (Orientation in Romeoville, IL)
Job Type: Full-Time | OTR | Flatbed / Step Deck | 1099
If you’re an experienced flatbed driver, this is a high-mile, high-pay position with consistent freight and no empty promises.
Pay & Miles:
- Earn $2,000 weekly (consistent averages)
- 30% of gross or 75 CPM (your choice)
- 3,000 miles per week
- All miles paid (loaded and empty)
- Tarp pay included
- Additional pay for stops, detention, and layover
- Weekly direct deposit

Equipment:
- 2021 Freightliner, Volvo, Western Star
- Flatbed and step deck freight
- Automatic and manual options available
- Trucks equipped with APU, inverter, and fridge
- Governed at 72–75 MPH
- No inward-facing cameras
Home Time:
- 3 weeks out: 4–5 days home
- 4 weeks out: 6–7 days home
Freight & Lanes:
