At Bobby Bay, we’re not a fast-food chain. We’re a chef-driven sandwich shop focused on serving some of the best sandwiches in Lancaster County — built with high-quality ingredients and delivered with real hospitality.
This role is one of the most important positions in our kitchen.
You’ll be responsible for executing our deli sandwiches and salads at a high level and stepping in wherever the kitchen needs support. This is a true team-first position where everyone works together to keep the operation running smoothly.

Pay & Perks
● $1,000–$1,200/week (based on experience & skill set)

Pay increases over time based on the value you bring. If you become an asset, you will be compensated like one.
Schedule (50 Hours)
● Wednesday – Sunday: 10am – 8pm
● Days off: Monday & Tuesday
What You’ll Do
● Build deli sandwiches with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
● Prepare salads and manage fryer
● Assist grill station when needed
● Help with prep (slicing, portioning, sauces, etc.)
● Maintain a clean, organized workspace
● Jump in wherever needed — this is a team-driven kitchen
