What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator position at Bobby Bay's Sandwich Shop?
We're looking for a creative content creator who knows how to make food look irresistible.
If you love shooting videos, social media content, and creating engaging visuals, we'd love to work with you.
Compensation
- $100–$200 per week (based on experience and portfolio)
- Lots of free food
- We'll tag you in every piece of content we post, giving your work exposure to our audience and helping you grow your personal brand and attract new client
- Impress us, and we'll open doors. We have connections with multiple local restaurant owners who are looking for talented content creators, giving you the opportunity to grow your client base.
What You'll Create Each Week
- 4-6 edited short-form videos (Instagram Reels/TikTok style)
- Minimum 6 high-quality edited photos
- Deliver organized files each week
Posting to social media is NOT part of this position. We handle all posting and account management.
Time Commitment
This role is designed to be flexible.
You'll typically spend:
- 1–2 hours shooting content in our shop once or twice per month
- The remainder of your editing can be completed from home on your own schedule
Total in-store commitment is typically only 2–4 hours per month.
What We're Looking For
- Experience filming food, restaurants, or products
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok trends
- Ability to shoot cinematic, eye-catching content
- Reliable communication and consistent turnaround times
- Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas—not just follows instructions
Monthly Creative Meeting
We'll meet once per month to:
- Brainstorm content ideas
- Review what's working
- Plan upcoming shoots
- Develop new marketing concepts
