We are seeking a Store Director who will take full ownership of the store’s performance, culture, and client experience. This role is for someone who is ready to run a business, inspire a team, and drive both sales and service excellence.
The Key Responsibilities are as follows:
- Deliver a top-tier Bobbles client experience that is welcoming, knowledgeable, and memorable
- Analyze business trends and proactively identify opportunities to drive growth and improve performance
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Take full ownership of team management, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and terminations
- Create, manage, and maintain the store schedule to support business needs, optimize coverage, and drive sales performance
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with part-time team members to provide feedback, coaching, and support growth
- Drive store growth by actively building the brand, increasing sales, and creating strong community and client relationships
- Oversee all aspects of the store’s inventory, visual displays, and store upkeep in alignment with brand guidelines
- Maintain a strong understanding of stock levels and trends to make informed, strategic inventory decisions that align with the store’s operational needs and sales goals.
- Lead and facilitate monthly team meetings and quarterly team trainings to enhance store operations, performance, and overall team development
- Educate and inspire the team on product details, fit, and styling to elevate the client experience
- Communicate effectively on store needs, team performance, and opportunities for improvement to owners
