Do you have the experience to back it up?

10 years of progressive finance leadership, including 5 years at the CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent level.

Construction experience is strongly preferred. ESOP and M&A experience will get our attention.

CPA or MBA? Great.

But we're not hiring a collection of credentials. We're hiring the person who knows what to do with them.
