What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Play Coordinator position at Bobbi's World: Party and Play Zone?
Duties
- Provide supervision for families participating in open play
- Prepare rooms for parties
- Clean up parties once they have ended
- Handle customer transactions
- Greet customers
- Answer phone calls and emails as needed
- Enforce all rules and policies at Bobbi's World
- Clean and sanitize equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Communicate effectively with customers/ coworkers
- File required paperwork
Experience
- Previous experience with customer service preferred
- CPR & First aid certification is preferred
