About the Role
As a Bobaville Team Member, you’ll learn and contribute across multiple areas of the shop:
- Prepare drinks, smoothies, and specialty items quickly and consistently.
- Greet customers, take orders, and process cash/credit transactions.
- Communicate clearly with fellow baristas to keep orders moving.
- Batch and prep ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and the shop.
