Car Detailer Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Car Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to the highest standards. This position involves cleaning, detailing, and reconditioning vehicles for retail sale and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, and clean vehicle exteriors.
- Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows.
- Apply waxes, polishes, conditioners, and protective treatments.
- Perform paint decontamination and minor appearance corrections as needed.
- Clean engine compartments, wheels, wheel wells, and door jambs.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before customer pickup or delivery.
- Maintain detailing equipment, supplies, and work areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with vehicle movement and lot organization when necessary.
- Provide exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
