3 PRIMARY RESULTS WE NEED YOU TO DELIVER…
- Keep our existing clients happy and renewing their business with us.
- Make 200 retention calls per month to existing clients.
- Conduct policy reviews to make sure all coverages & discounts are accurate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…
- Process payments, policy changes and other transactions.
- Answer phones, manage call flow, and greet clients.
- Proactively free up sales producers' time.

PAID TIME OFF
- 8 Paid Holidays per Year Effective Immediately
- After 90 days of full-time employment, Agency Associates become eligible for 1 paid vacation day per year, up to 10 per calendar year.
- 10 Days Paid Vacation Days per Year starting with the new calendar year (more than 60 days after hire).
FLEXIBLE HOURS
- Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with 45 minutes for lunch.
- Part-time employee hours are flexible between 8:30 and 5:00.
- 4-Day Work Week is a possibility (4 days x 5 or more hours).
There is no limit to where you can go in our office – you can eventually apply to become your own agency owner if that is the path you desire or make a career here and earn as much money as you want. The opportunity is wide open!
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
