What You'll Do
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Assist customers during check-in and check-out
- Process payments and cashier transactions
- Support Service Advisors with customer communication and administrative tasks
- Coordinate loaner vehicles, rentals, and transportation as needed
- Scan documents, enter data, and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with the Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting teams
- Customer service, receptionist, administrative, or dealership experience is a plus
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software
- Team player with a positive attitude
Full-Time
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible weekday and Saturday hours available.
