Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a results-driven salesperson with experience in:

  • Phone sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling
  • Commission-based or quota-driven roles
  • Direct-to-consumer sales (retail, single-product, or high-ticket)

Strong candidates typically have:

  • Experience managing their own pipeline or customer base
  • Confidence handling objections and closing sales
  • A track record of building relationships that convert into repeat business
  • Consistent follow-up habits and strong communication skills

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities (calls, internet leads, walk-ins)
  • Build lasting relationships by asking the right questions and truly understanding customer needs
  • Recommend solutions that align with each customer’s situation—not just what’s on the lot
  • Guide customers through the buying process from first contact to delivery
  • Follow up consistently to earn both the sale and long-term loyalty
  • Generate repeat business and referrals through strong relationship management

A Typical Day

  • Respond to new internet and phone leads
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to active prospects
  • Work with walk-in customers
  • Have in-depth conversations to understand customer needs and match them to the right vehicle
  • Track activity and manage your pipeline in CRM
  • Deliver vehicles and ask for referrals

Requirements

  • Sales experience required (phone or customer-facing)
