Responsibilities:
- You'll spend your days greeting customers with a warm smile as they arrive for service appointments.
- You'll assist customers by answering questions and directing them to the appropriate service staff.
- You'll help ensure a smooth flow of service by scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations.
- You'll maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance the customer experience.
- You'll communicate effectively with both customers and service technicians to ensure clarity in service needs.
Requirements:
Required: Previous experience in a customer service role- Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Preferred: Knowledge of automotive services is a plus.
