What You’ll Do:
- Consult with customers to assess vehicle needs and recommend services
- Communicate service specials and options clearly
- Translate customer concerns into actionable technician notes
- Document declined services and future recommendations
- Maintain high CSI scores through proactive communication
- Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and transparency
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Toyota experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a team setting
