Bob Steele So Chic Salon is looking for an organized, energetic Assistant Operations Manager who is a natural leader, loves a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. We're looking for a hands-on leader who sets the pace—someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, and helps the entire salon operate at its best.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Previous salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work the schedule required for the position, including arriving 30 minutes before opening
