As a MINI Motoring Advisor, you'll share your passion for the MINI brand and deliver high-quality service to our customers. You'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with customers to build them for life, assisting them in selecting vehicles, and demonstrating new/used vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Nurture enriching relationships with customers
- Exhibit consultative selling skills
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
- Be willing to evolve and adapt to changing customer demands
Qualifications:
- Familiarity working with luxury brands and services is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
- A positive view of technology and its integration into the workplace
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
