As a Hunting Department Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the hunting department is well-stocked and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right hunting gear and equipment, providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hunting regulations, safety guidelines, and the latest hunting equipment and technologies.
- Ensure the hunting department is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary products.
- Assist with merchandising displays in the hunting department.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of firearms and hunting equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to maintain current knowledge and skills.
- Must have an open schedule, shifts vary
- Must be 21 and able to pass a background check
- Positive team-player attitude
- Greeting and acknowledging every customer in a positive and friendly manner

Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 40 lbs.), stand for extended periods, and perform other physical tasks associated with retail work.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
