Claim Specialist

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-driven Claims Specialist to join our team. If you’re organized, proactive, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, this role’s for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and organize claims documentation
• Handle filing and administrative tasks with accuracy
• Maintain records and assist with reporting
• Support the team with general office operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail — you double-check your work because it matters
• Dependable and self-motivated — you follow through and stay on track
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
• QuickBooks experience is a huge plus (but not required)
