SHIPPING ASSOCIATE

Bob’s Motorcycles is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Shipper to accurately pull, pack, and ship motorcycle parts, accessories, riding gear, and apparel to customers worldwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and enjoys supporting riders around the globe.Requirements:2 years of experience in retail shippingStrong computer skills, including MS Office and internet-based softwareAbility to enter data quickly and accuratelyExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailProfessional communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs and rolling laddersExperience with FedEx, international USPS, or other shipping software preferredQuality control experience a plus Key Responsibilities:Accurately fill customer orders using pick tickets, ensuring quality and correctnessPack and box orders securely and efficientlyProcess payments in accordance with dealership policies, including international and flagged transactions and Identity Theft Protection Program guidelinesRespond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking, and lost or damaged shipmentsProcess claims for lost or damaged shipments and issue related refundsMaintain accurate shipping records and prepare audit, volume, and other reports as requestedDeliver business mail to the post office daily or as neededOrder and maintain shipping supply inventory, including sourcing free or recycled packing materials when possibleCross-train as a backup Receiver and assist with incoming shipments as assignedKeep the shipping/receiving department, warehouse, and loading dock clean and organized according to dealership standardsPerform additional duties as assignedCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary: $16-18 hourly based on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package including:90% employer-paid health insurancePaid vacation, sick leave, and holidays401(k) retirement planOptional dental, life, and disability insuranceFlexible spending accounts (medical & dependent care)Employee Assistance ProgramDeep employee discountsA passionate, motorcycle-loving team environmentHow to Apply:Please submit a cover letter and resume.
