The Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Jewelry Sales Consultant who is motivated by helping customers, building long-term relationships, and contributing to a positive team culture.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a consultative sales approach, takes pride in professionalism and follow-through, and thrives in a community-focused environment.
The successful candidate will confidently present and close sales, follow up with customers between visits, and execute store processes accurately while collaborating with the team.

- Merchandise and personal sales goals
- Repair intake accuracy and follow-through
- Care plan or service add-on attachment
- Participation in store promotions and special events
- Daily client follow-up and outreach
- Delivering exceptional customer service that generates positive reviews
Performance is measured by professionalism, results, accountability, and accuracy.
Core Responsibilities
- Confidently sell fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, custom designs, and special orders
- Provide a welcoming, consultative sales experience
- Clearly present features and benefits and confidently ask for the sale
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and outreach
- Accurately take in repairs and communicate timelines clearly
- Follow established store systems and procedures
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Participate in meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
- Accept coaching and apply feedback to improve performance
