Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct repairs on powertrain components, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Provide high-quality automotive service, including routine maintenance and complex repairs.
- Engage with customers to explain services performed and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Assist in auto body repair when needed, ensuring vehicles meet safety standards.
- Work with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to ensure proper functionality of modern vehicles.
- Align wheels and perform suspension work as required to enhance vehicle handling.
Skills
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools used in automotive repair.
- Knowledge of powertrain systems, including engines, transmissions, and drivetrains.
- Strong background in automotive service practices and procedures.
- Excellent mechanic skills with attention to detail in all repairs performed.
