Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in retail, financing, or customer service leadership
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results and team performance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and comfort using technology and reporting tools
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
