Bob's Carpet is looking to add a talented sales associate to our Sarasota location. Our Retail Sales Associates provide a first-class experience by offering excellent products and customer service to meet each customer's specific needs.
Responsibilities Include

Outgoing,
Able to communicate on a professional level with individuals or groups both verbally and in writing
Reliable transportation for use when home measurements are required
Ability to work a 40-hour work week with a varied schedule which includes weekends.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs

Responsibilities Include
- Develop a rapport with our customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs
- Provide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation. Address and solve concerns immediately.
- Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs
- Enter customer orders and payments into our computer system accurately and timely
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom
- Promote and share product knowledge among the other sales consultants
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
